4 firm ripe bananas, unpeeled
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
¼ walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 200 C (400F).
Place the bananas on a tray and bake for 25 minutes until the skin is black and the banana soft. Carefully cut a lengthways slit in the banana skin and slip in some chopped chocolate and walnuts.
Serve immediately with ice cream.
