Chicken Wings with Honey and Mustard
Garlic (3 cloves or more, depend on likes/dislikes)
Wash chicken wings, dry them and cut into 2-3 pieces.
Mix mustard, honey, soya sauce and cinnamon. Crush garlic and add to the sauce.
Mix chicken wings with the sauce and leave to marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Prepared wings can be fried,grilled or oven baked until both sides golden brown and crispy.
Enjoy hot or cold.
