Ingredients


Small tin crushed pineapple or pieces
Boiled chicken (shredded)
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon brandy or sherry
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
pineapple juice
half cup of water (water from chicken)

Method

Place shredded chicken and can of pineapple in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over as a sauce. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degress Celsius
