Cookies with Cottage Cheese and Cinnamon
NOTE: This recipe is very simple and tasty
350 g (12,3 oz) flour
300 g (10,6 oz) cottage cheese
250 g (8,8 oz) butter
100 g (3,5 oz) sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
vanillin, to taste
ground cinnamon to dust.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the sugar.
Rub in the butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Combine with cottage cheese.
Mix carefully. Make circles, dust with ground cinnamon (mixed with sugar) and bake in oven until golden.
Kids can eat tones!
