Crostini with Broccoli and Mozzarella

Method

Ciabatta bread (any bread can be suitable) cut into 1cm slices, grill or toast on a frying pan.  Warm bread rub in with the clove of garlic, also can be improvised with olive oil depend on individual taste.  Boiled broccoli to chop thinly, add some olive oil, sprinkle black pepper, sea salt and stir thoroughly. Cut mozzarella into cubes.
On each slice of bread put 1 tbsp of broccoli and add some mozzarella cubes on the top. Lovely and healthy!
