Pineapple Meatloaf

pineapple meatloaf


1 can (439 g) pineapple bits drained
1 egg
½ kg ground pork
1 beef bouillon cube
2 slices white bread diced
¼ cup evaporated milk
1  medium red and green peppers chopped
1 small onion chopped


Combine all ingredients.
Season with ½ tbs salt and ¼ tbsp. pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Form a “sausage” and place it in a medium pan and cover with greaseproof paper and steam for one hour.
Cool slightly then serve with ketchup.
