Pork Chops with Beer Sauce
1 bottle beer
3 slices of gingerbread
1 tablespoon honey
2 pork chops
Make at least 4 hours in advance, a marinade of 1 bottle of beer with salt, pepper, 3 slices crumbled gingerbread and 1 tablespoon honey. Marinate 2 pork chops in it.Cover it well and put it cool in the refrigerator.
Bake the pork chops brown on both sides in hot butter.
Remove the chops from the pan.
Pour the remaining marinade in the pan and leave to cook to thicken by half.
Put the chops back into the pan and let it gently simmer for about 15 minutes until done.
We ate beans and fries with it.
