Avocado Tapas with Shrimp & Grapefruit

Ingredients

1 avocado
8 shrimp medium sized
1 grapefruit
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash thyme dried

Directions

1. Cut avocado in two sections and cut into slices.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and quickly saute the shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.

3. Allow the shrimp to cool.

4. Cut grapefruit into thin slices. Remove the skin.

5. Place avocado on a plate followed by a slice of grapefruit on top and finish off with two pieces of shrimp.

6. Sprinkle with a little dried thyme.
