Spring Salad with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar


Description

A very tasty salad that is healthy and quick to make. I recon it took us 10 minutes to chop everything up, mix it and done. Try it, quite good for lunch or a light dinner perhaps?

The secret? Use fresh ingredients and if you can get a hold of organic ones, then even better.

Serves 2 people.

Ingredients

Handful of radishes, chopped
Handful of lettuce leaves, ripped up
Handful of tomatoes, chopped
Handful of grated cheese
1 x large avocado
2 x loaves of white bread, cut into small pieces
1 x small red onion
Dash of olive oil
Dash of balsamic vinegar

Directions

This has got to be the simplest directions ever:

- Mix up the chopped ingredients, add the olive oil and vinegar and give it a further stir. Done.
