Tomato, Avocado & Feta Salad

Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/3 red onion, chopped
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3/4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp each - chopped fresh parsley and dill
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, gently stir in tomatoes, avocados, onion and cucumber.

2. Add feta cheese, parsley and dill. Gently stir in olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar.

3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
