Healthy Lunch

Why not to treat yourself with this healthy and tasty sandwich? Perfect for your lunch box too!

Ingredients

1 bread roll
2 slices of roast turkey (left overs will do wonders)
Bell pepper
2 small pickled gherkins
Handful of baby spinach leaves
Dash of mayonnaise (optional) or basically any sauce will go nicely

Directions

Cut bread roll in half

Fill in with above ingredients.

Sit back and enjoy your hard earn break!
