2 egg yolks
1tbs vanilla sugar
1small tbs baking powder
2 egg whites
1 lemon juice
Make dough from flour, butter and egg yolks and leave it to rest for 10 minutes or so in the fridge.
Wash rhubarbs, cut into small 2-3 cm pieces, sprinkle with sugar and steam for aprox 10 minutes.
Place dough into baking tray, place rhubarbs on top and bake for a 20 min in 180° oven.
For the very top sweet layer beat egg whites gradually add sugar and lemon juice and put on top of ready baked cake and bake for more 10 minutes.
