Squid Salad

300g cooked squid
2 boiled eggs
2 onions
1tbs olive oil
100g sweetcorn (from the tin)
3tbs Greek nuts
1small jar of mayonnaise


Cut squid into thin strips.
Cut eggs into small cubes.
Finely chop onions and sprinkle with the olive oil. Let them soak for a couple of minutes.
Mix all  ingredients with  sweetcorn and nuts and mayonnaise.
