These tiny rolls are perfect for cocktail parties when you want a little taste of Christmas. The turkey and cranberry flavour teamed with the soft cheese are a great match with sparkling wine.

Bake the rolls in the oven as per the packet directions.

Split them in half and layer the lettuce on the bottom then the turkey breast, cranberry sauce and then soft cheese.

Wrap a small cocktail napkin around the bottom and secure with string for decoration.
