Pear Smoothie with Mint and Ginger


Description

A lovely smoothie that will rejuvenate your body and senses. Our recommendation is to use all organic ingredients if you can.

This recipe makes 3 cups - approx. 700ml

Ingredients

2 pears
1 avocado - destoned and skin removed
1 cup / 35g firmly packed baby spinach
1 cup / 250 ml water
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
10-20 mint leaves (feel free to adjust to taste)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
