Description
This is a great way to use up some of those Christmas dinner leftovers!
Ingredients
Cooked and chopped turkey meat
Dry onion soup mix
Mushroom soup
1 small pot sour cream
Leftover stuffing from turkey
Green vegetables (leftovers)
Directions
Mix together soup, sour cream and onion mix.
Chop the leftover vegetables and mix with chopped up turkey.
Put the vegetables and turkey in a casserole dish and cover with soup mixture and then finish off with stuffing on the top.
Cover with tin foil and bake in the preheated oven 180C for 30 min.
