Butternut Squash & Carrot Purée


Description

Root veggies make brilliant first foods for babies, due to their naturally sweet flavour & smooth texture once pureed.

Ingredients

Peel the squash and carrot and chop into small pieces.

Directions

Place in a small pan with 150m l(1/4pt water). Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 mins or until everything is nice and soft.
