Description
Broccoli is rich in soluble fibre and it can help loosen the bowel, so it perfect to add to your baby food. It is also very convenient for finger food, as its flowers can be attractive to your baby, and the stems are easy to grip. When cooked, broccoli can be soft and mushy. For older kids you can try raw broccoli with a dip.
