Simple & Healthy Breakfast Idea

Who would resist to this healthy and with minimum effort breakfast when you have a busy day ahead?

Ingredients

1 egg
8 asparagus
1 tsp olive oil (for frying)

Directions

Place asparagus in to the frying pan, on medium heat, fry for 1 min. Shake constantly to get them even heat.

Crack the egg, cover frying pan with the lid and leave to settle egg for another 1 min or so.


Breakfast ready int couple of min.
