Turkey Burger

Straightforward and healthy plus tasty idea.

Ingredients

1 pound organic ground turkey
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tomato
1 avocado
Lettuce

Directions

Chop onion and garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic in a pan with oil of your choice (we use olive oil). Don’t over cook - you don’t want them to be brown or burnt in any way.

Mix with ground turkey in a bowl.

Pour in breadcrumbs and egg and mix all together.

Start to put in a burger shape.

Grill on each side.
