Frozen Yogurt


Description

All you need is frozen fruit and yogurt. That’s it! Healthy desert or snack for anyone.

Ingredients

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries), mango, pineapple, or banana slices

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed (and using the stick attachment if one came with your blender). Serve immediately.

To store, place into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve. Let thaw at room temperature for 10-20 min before serving if you freeze the mixture for more than 3-4 h. (You can also freeze this in freezer pops moulds.)


TIPS:
You can use plain yoghurt and sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
