Ingredients
100g sour cream
200g mayonnaise
50g cocktail gherkins
2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
Fresh lemon juice
Directions
Pat the cocktail gherkins dry then finely chop them.
Combine all of the ingredients except the lemon juice into a bowl, mix them all up with a fork. Then add a little lemon juice to taste.
Put a lid (or clingfilm) on the bowl and store in a fridge overnight.
