Peach & Vanilla Pod Purée

From 6 months or a little bit of vanilla sugar - from 4 months.

2 peaches
1 vanilla pod (from 6 months) OR a little bit of vanilla sugar (from 4 months).
water

Directions

Let’s start by washing the peaches well, preferably organic peaches.

Peel the peaches, cut them in half to remove the core: if your peaches are ripe, then the core must be removed quite easily.

Cut the peaches into small cubes / slices, not too small.


To prepare vanilla for babies from 6 months:
Put them in a saucepan with 2 cm of a vanilla pod for your 6 months baby (split the pod in 2 and retrieve the small grains) or put vanilla sugar. Garnish 1 minute the peaches: be careful not to burn them!

Once seized, the water is poured. Simmer for 10 min over low heat. Make sure your peaches do not disintegrate, pieces that you have prepared before cooking should just be cut off easily. When you get to that result, it’s cooked.

Mixe everything to obtain a nice compote easy to eat for your baby.
