If you are going for healthy fruit recipes, this is amazing one.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 peach
1/2 apple
2-3 oranges
1/4 cup yogurt/curd
3-4 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder + extra for garnish
Directions
Cut the oranges into halves and scoop the pulp inside and keep aside. Keep the shells for the filling .
Peel a banana and apple and chop them fine.
Chop Peach into small cubes.
Scooe the yogurt in a bowl. Add honey and cinnamon. Mix well and add in all the chopped fruits.
Scoop in the fruit mixture into each shell of orange.
Top up with a piece of orange pulp which was kept aside.(Don’t Use the juice you get from the pulp. Make some smoothie out of it.
Sprinkle each shell with some cinnamon and serve these cute little healthy and tasty fruit cups immediately.
