Spinach, Banana & Yoghurt Purée


Description

Delicious and easy recipe for your littles to enjoy, featuring nutritious spinach, banana and yoghurt. Suitable from 7- 8 months.

Ingredients

One large handful of fresh spinach, well washed and tough stems removed (or use baby spinach)
1 small banana
3 dessertspoons of plain whole-fat yoghurt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Purée until smooth – add extra yoghurt if necessary.
