Roasted Blueberry with Cinnamon & Himalayan Salt

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
very few flakes Himalayan salt (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place blueberries on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roast for 10 min, stirring half way through. Let cool slightly then place in blender or food processor with a very tiny pinch of salt. Purée until you reach desired consistency.

TIPS:
Feel free to also use nutmeg, cloves, ginger or mixture of all of them for a delicious tasting purée.
