Salmon Omelette with Cheese & Chives


Description

This omelette is a great standby meal that is tasty, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh chives (or dill)
1/4 cup grated cheese
30 g salmon

Directions

Melt butter in a frying pan until frothing.

Whisk the eggs with 1 tbsp water. Season the whisked egg with salt and pepper and add the chopped chives (or dill).

Tip into a hot pan. Using a fork pull the egg towards the center.

When set add the salmon and cheese.

Fold in half.

Tip onto a plate and serve with a salad.
