Smoked Salmon Pasta


Description

A really quick and simple one pan pasta recipe which only takes 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients

300g dried pasta (any kind)
300ml crème fraiche
120g smoked salmon trimmings (1x pack)
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Black pepper

Directions

Cook your pasta of choice in a large pan of boiling water.

Once cooked, drain and then quickly add all the other ingredients.

Stir well to mix in and warm through.

Serve with a side salad.
