Description
Good for ages 9-12 months.
Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup chicken broth or water
2 tbsp sliced onions
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp cilantro, stem and leaves
1/4 cup corn, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Place all the ingredients, except the rice and corn, in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 5 min.
Add the corn and continue to cook for 3 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Place all the ingredients in the Baby Bullet and pulse, adding 1 tablespoon of broth at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
