Description
Turn your chicken or fish into something exotic. Yoghurt is a great base for marinades as it's slight acidity pickles or “cooks†the meat while tenderizing it and keeping it juicy.
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 medium shallot, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp garam marsala
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
Blend all the marinade ingredients together until smooth. Use immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
