Savory Tuna Crostini


Description

Simple entertaining snack or just something to hold over until dinner is ready.

Ingredients

1 (5oz) can tuna in water, drained
1 loaf of French bread, cut into 24 thin slices
1 cup of bacon crumbles, cooked
1/8 cup of baby arugula
10oz of goat's cheese
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each slice of bread. Place them evenly on a baking sheet. Bake each side for 2-3 minu or until each side reaches golden brown.

3. Combine tuna, goat's cheese and bacon in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

4. Scoop tuna combination evenly onto each slice of toasted French bread. Sprinkle with baby arugula and salt and pepper to taste.
