Description
Chia pudding is the ultimate in low maintenance. Literally throw all the ingredients into a jar, screw the lid on tight, give it all good shake and leave to thicken up. Healthy too! serves 3-4.
Ingredients
2/3 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk of your choice
1 tsp pure vanilla essence
1 tsp - 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (I like pure maple syrup),optional
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a large mason jar, firmly screw on lid, and shake the jar until everything is well combined.
2. Leave to thicken for a few hours.
3. Enjoy! The mixture will have thickened up nicely - feel free to add a little extra milk to loosen it up and make it more of a pudding consistency. Layer it in a jar with fruit, yoghurt, granola or whatever else you can think of!
