Scottish Oat Cookies


Description

Enjoy simple oat cookies.

Ingredients

100g soft margarine
50g caster sugar
125g self-raising flour
25g rolled oats

Directions

1. Cream the margarine and sugar together. Gradually work in the flour.

2. Form into balls about 1inch square and toss in the oat.

3. Place on a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.

4. Bake at 180c 350f or gas mark 4 for 15 min.
