Grilled Sea Bass

Description

A recipe for a tasty grilled seabass. Nice and simple. This is fantastic, especially if you have the whole fish - no cutting up, no fileting, just grill and done.

This will serve a couple of individuals.

Ingredients

Whole sea bass x 2
Handful of Radishes, chopped
Handful of lettuce leaves, chopped
6 small potatoes
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 lemon slices
Dash of olive oil

Directions

Preheat grill on medium.

- Boil potatoes - approx. 20 mins until you can easily poke a knife or a fork through which will tell you that they're cooked.
- While potatoes are boiling, make the salad - in the bowl, add all the chopped ingredients, mix it all up, and add a dash of olive oil and mix that in.
- Now time the grilling so that sea bass comes out at the same time as potatoes. Make cuts in salmon, sprinkle salt, pepper and add a dash of olive oil and rub it all into the fish. Do this to both fish. Stick both of them into the grill and grill approx. 5 - 7 minutes each side. You'll know when it's time to turn - watch the skin, let it get crispy, then turn over.
- When done, remove it from grill, put it onto a plate, add potatoes, salad and serve.

Enjoy!
