This really is the perfect and simple recipe. Easy to make and can be used in a variety of ways. This has definitely become a refrigerator staple! you can serve with prosciutto, soppressata, provolone, some good bread, and some stuffed olives.
Ingredients
24 ounces fresh mozzarella
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 cups olive oil
Directions
1. Cut the mozzarella into bite sized cubes.
2. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart mason jar.
3. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight.
4. Remove from refrigerator at between 15 min and 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve with bread, crackers, pasta, or plain.
