Ice cream with a wonderful blend of avocado goodness to make a creamy, luxurious, tasty and simply an irresistible creation. Definitely worth a go and simple to make.
Ingredients
1 x large avocado
1 x frozen banana
100ml x coconut milk
1 tbsp x maple syrup
Dash x lime juice
Pinch x pistachios, crushed / diced
Bunch x mint leaves
Directions
- Blend everything together (except pistachios and mint leaves) until you get a smooth mixture
- Put the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle some pistachios on top and garnish with mint leaves
See, I said it was simple, now you have your own home made avocado ice cream. Wonderful.
