Pan-fried Cod


Description

Delicious fish on the table in no time with little mess and all the flavour.

Ingredients

2 lb cod fillet
1 tbsp garlic parsley salt, to taste
1/4 cup butter
1 lemon
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat a skillet with butter on a medium heat.

2. Season cod generously on all sides. Add the fillets to the skillet. Cook until it's golden brown, then turn it over.

3. Sprinkle the cod with lemon juice and green onions and serve it right away.
