Description
Totally summerish salad. You can use Greek yoghurt instead of sour cream for healthier result.
Ingredients
1 small English cucumber
1 bunch of radishes (8-9 radishes)
2 spring (green) onions sliced thinly
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Salt and pepper
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
1. Trim off the ends and thinly slice the radishes.
2. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and thinly slice into half-moons.
3. In a bowl toss all the ingredients until vegetables are coated evenly.
