Vegan Irish Coffee

Why not to treat yourself with the nice cup of Irish coffee and forget for a second these difficult pandemic times...

Ingredients

Cocoa powder, for dusting
100ml whisky
100g condensed coconut milk
150ml almond milk
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chocolate sauce
Irish cream (to top up)

Directions

1. Make 4 coffees, leaving room in the mug to add the Irish cream.

2. Place all ingredients for the vegan Irish cream in a jug and mix thoroughly.

3. The Irish cream is less likely to curdle if warmed in the microwave or in a small pan before being added to the coffee. Distribute equally between the 4 coffees.
