Description
A fruity iced tea made with rhubarb. Fantastic drink.
Ingredients
Rhubarb
Water
Sugar
To serve:
Ice
Mint
Directions
Wash the rhubarb stalks well, and cut into 4 inch lengths and place in a pot. Add about 1 cup of water for each stalk of rhubarb, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and let cook, stirring occasionally, for approximately 1 hour. Strain, and add sugar to taste while the infusion is still warm. Then, cool it down in the fridge.
Serve with ice, and garnish with some mint and perhaps a fresh strawberry.
Here you go, a nice rhubarb tea!
