A delicious drink with a hint of caramel and creaminess just exactly what was ordered.

First of all prepare the caramel vodka for the recipe:
- Cut up the caramels into smaller pieces so they melt faster
- Pour out a little bit of vodka (one shot or two, so to make room for the caramel)
- Stick all the caramel to the bottle
- Shake well a good few times throughout the day to infuse the vodka with caramel, the colour of vodka should resemble caramelised colour

Now, back to the main recipe:
- Rim the cocktail glass with sugar
- Use a shaker and shake the ingredients together with ice
- Strain shaken liquid to glass (liquid only, leave all bits in the shaker)
