No Cook Porridge


Description

Make this the night before so you can get out the door fast in the morning.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup hot milk
1 can fruit (fruit salad, pears, peaches or apple)
1 cup yoghurt

Directions

Mix together the rolled oats and hot milk in a large bowl.

Cool, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Mix into the porridge with the yoghurt.
