Fruit Punch

Why not to try on b beautiful hot day...

Ingredients

2.5 litres dry ginger ale
4 litres pineapple/orange/tropical juice, frozen
1 can apricot nectar
fresh strawberries, sliced
orange and lemon slices
mint leaves

Directions

Place the frozen juice into a punch bowl.

Pour over the dry ginger ale and apricot nectar. Scatter with strawberries, orange and lemon slices and mint leaves.

Allow the fruit juice to start to thaw before serving.

if you find the punch too strong then add soda water.

The frozen juice is better than ice blocks as when it melts, it doesn’t water the flavour down.
