Ingredients
1 Punnet strawberries
500 g low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 Litres low fat milk
2 Tablespoons honey
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled.
Variations:
Use different types of fruit such as canned peaches or banana , whatever you have available.
For an ultracold smoothie, freeze the bananas before blending them.
