Ingredients
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Ground black pepper
Directions
Whisk all ingredients, or shake together in a jar.
Dressing will keep in the fridge for over a week.
