Beetroot Hummus & Cucumbers


Description

Nothing ‘beets’ a healthy day!

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
1 roasted beetroot
1 clove garlic,
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup olive oil
5 tbsp white vinegar
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2tbsp tahini

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Add water to get to desired consistency.
