Simple Breakfast

Easy, quick, nutritious.

Ingredients

1 egg
Slice of bread (you choose one)
Small pinch of salt
Freshly ground pepper
Spring onions or chives (for garnish)
Small knob of butter or margarine (optional)

Directions

Boil the egg for 3-4 min.

Cool the egg with running cold wter.

Slice the egg on the slice of bread, sprinkle some salt, pepper, spring onions or chives, sit back enjoy and you are set fora busy day!

TIPS:
You can add a dash of mayo if you wish.
